Delivery locations for free shipping are limited to the continental
US. Shipments to Hawaii,
Puerto Rico, Alaska, Military addresses and other outerlying areas are not
eligible for free shipping. |

A shipping
charge of $19.99 will appear at checkout for all orders shipping to these
locations. Since
deliveries to these areas are usually much higher than ground rates, we
quote shipments to HI, PR, AK and military addresses individually. Shipments to these areas are NOT
eligible for free shipping.
The $19.99 shipping charge is just a beginning rate, and actual
shipping cost will be determined once your order is received. Please also note, delivery
times will be longer than shown on the site to these locations.
